A perfect set for anyone wanting to setup a home gym, or add to their existing setup (ideal for home, sport clubs or societies). Includes everything you need for full-body resistance workouts. It's an olympic weights set, so standard olympic bar (~2" diameter, 20kg), and olympic plates. Details: - Bodyflex CF475 + lat pulldown attachment - York Olympic Plate Tree Rack - 107.5kg in Olympic Plates (2 x 20kg, 2 x 15kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 5kg, 2 x 2.5kg, 2 x 1.25kg) - Bodyflex Bench - Olympic Bar (20kg, 2" diameter) It's about 5 years old, and hasn't been heavily used. Weight plates have some rust on them, but everything in good working condition. Rust could easily be removed, and is purely cosmetic. If desired, it wouldn't be difficult or expensive to clean them and touch up with some paint. Everything in good working condition. Would cost over £1,000 to buy everything in the set new, so very much a bargain at this price point. Selling as we're renovating the house, and will no longer have the garage space to house it. Renovation work is starting soon, so ideally looking to have it sold & collected within 7-10 days.
